- When I compare myself to my batch mates working in other companies doing support and maintenance projects, I really feel great, coz I am working on the latest technology which my friends had not heard of - Performance is always recognized, I was nominated among the few techies to witness the Tech-Ed last year, I was also a part of the Leadership Training Camp organized at Pune - My Teammates and colleagues are also very helpful and each has been a topper or a gold medalist in the top colleges in India.

Cons

- Work seems tiring and unending at times, but at the same time you learn so much that the sleepless night get meaningful.

- You get to learn so much from your teammates and seniors. Everyone around here is some sort of college topper or a top coder …. brilliant team to learn from and work with - Boot camp was great…all of us worked hard for that one month but then I had not learnt as much in such less time in college and that too the latest on technology - All my team mates are my age group…so I am all the more comfortable with them - The training program is detailed and up to date with the latest technologies - CTC is comparable to other offers at college

Cons

Schedules during Boot Camp are tough. One takes time to get adjusted to them
