      How to handle quickly the situations, without any senior support

      Cons

      So many 1. No Job Security (They can ask you to resign any time without reason) 2.Mostly are reporting projects where domain knowledge is more important that the technical so learning will restrict after sometime 3. worst Senior management 4. Bad Work culture. 5. No Facilities even for snacks or first Aid

      Pros

      I have been associated with MAQ Software for more than 4 years and I am extremely satisfied with my job. You get to do excellent quality work, get to work with a talented team, get to have more responsibility and accountability! The senior management is very approachable and is always focused on taking employees and the organization to the next level. I have not had a single dull moment in my career. Everyday is a new challenge. I would recommend MAQ Software to everyone who wants to learn and grow.

      Pros

      1. Good learning if you are under good manager, otherwise you will be updating excel or fixing UI issues all the time 2. Good to get on-site opportunity early, but don't forget to apply butter maska to senior management

      Cons

      1. No freedom (Mobile phone, Facebook, any IM are not allowed during office hours) 2. Reach office by 8:45 AM or get warning mail from director 3. Full of Monarchy, Dictatorship from CEO 4. Chances of getting fired if you are not able to show-off your talent 5. High rate of attrition 6. Poor facilities
