      No appreciation for hard work, sheer lack of empathy towards employees

      Pros

      Get to work on latest technologies. Two PA cycles per year means your salary will skyrocket if you do good work. Opportunity to go on-site in a short span of time. Rigorous on-the-job training ensures that employees learn skills very quickly.

      Cons

      No work life balance. The upper management is blind to problems faced by the employees. For every complaint, they have a ready-made answer in the same template. No benefits at all! Long working hours. Even when you've slogged it out for a whole month, you'll not get a break. Freshers have to come to office for training on Saturdays, which leaves no time for personal life. Bad culture. Have to arrive at office before 8.30 but going home before 6 is taboo.

      Pros

      You can learn what not to do or bad practices here at every point of time. Starting pay can okay but what comes after is more painful.. People please talk to employee over there before joining.... Decision is your's, but prevention is better than cure so Watch Out!!

      Pros

      1. Decent money 2. Get to be a super techie 3. Learn grammar by being ridiculed in public 4. Either u r a developer or u r not a part of the company 5. You have to reach office by 8:30 but staying beyond 6:00 PM is a moral obligation 6. Management insists that you leave office by 6:00 PM but the sprint plan would never let you leave before 9 PM 7. Mobile is considered a distraction and so it should be switched off during office hours

      Too good to have any pitfalls.
