Absolutely zero work-life balance. People are casually expected to work till 2 AM and still show up at 9 AM like zombies. Higher management has no professionalism whatsoever, and most of the so-called “experienced” engineers are so locked into one tech stack that they’d be unemployable anywhere else. Senior management’s ego is through the roof — conversations feel less like discussions and more like lectures from people obsessed with their own authority.
