      Pros

      I do not see any pros. May be good projects.Be professional and dont play with grad students life.I was asked to do an unpaid internship(full time). I agreed initially but based on the hectic and heavy work they gave I said I may come on and off and join full time from joining time.Buy against USCIS laws they made me work as a full time without pay during internship and evaluated me during the same.

      Cons

      The senior co workers are nagging who will not let you work peacefuly. You feel insecure and intimidated. Also they asked me to leave for no reason and withdrew my offer letter. SO folks I got offer and it was taken back in 15 days, I was neither given proper feed back nor a bootstrap. Impulsive management and they are too unprofessional.Please do not waste time applying for this company.Hiring process in very unplanned and unorganized. Office seems to be classroom where yes men get paid. Go look for better companies. My life was screwd in 15 days itself. Cant imagine how employees work there.They pay very less compared to other companies and expect 12 hours work a day.

      Company with worst Project Managers, PMs with no skills, Redmond PMs are the worst people

      Pros

      Lots of learning in the beginning of your career, new technologies to learn.

      Cons

      Lots of fake reviews by Redmond team saying incompetent people leave company which has 0% truth in it. MAQ lost best talent in recent years. They treat employees as slaves. Worst project managers , all so called IIMs who cannot handle anything nor raise voice for employee sufferings. You will be given a project and expect to finish in a timeline which is highly impossible. You end up working for 60+ hours in a week(80 hours doesn't surprise me), spoil ur health, literally i have seen many people crying (yes people do cry only at MAQ). You will be like rice boiling in a pressure cooker thinking of coming out, but the management sits on ur top make sure u suffer with pressure, APM with 0 technical skills will be given as resources, freshers with no knowledge will be ur team and u should deliver project in few weeks. People do think a lot before joining here. Join only when MAQ is the last option or join only u if can sweat and enjoy pressure. Need not to say if you go to office at 8:45:03 also you will lose 1 leave, yes you will !!! GET READY TO BURN UNDER WORST MANAGERS

      No pro as of such it just that after working here you can work anywhere in world.

      ->No work culture ->Office politics ->No work life Balance ->No Salary Hikes ->Below market salary compensation ->Late hours ->No onsite opportunity
