      The place is extremely unpleasant, with a lot of internal politics and a toxic upper management culture. There’s no compensation for overtime, yet employees are expected to work extra hours regularly. The office is located in an isolated area with little around it, and leadership decisions often feel poorly thought out and unprofessional.
