Pay is okay and PAs every 6 month cycle. People working there are nice and helpful.

Cons

Some managers are very toxic. Good projects are limited, and everything depends on luck. You might be moved to other projects based on requirements, with frequent shuffling. Managers are very demanding and unwanted trainings are held every 1–2 months. Most of the work involves Power BI and Fabric projects. Development projects also exist, but getting them depends on luck. The number of projects is shrinking and at times you may feel unwanted despite your efforts. Join only if you don’t have a better choice than this.

The company is very toxic, they hired as software engineer but they gave support role without informing you and even if you ask to change the projects, they will be giving you false hope only but they will not change.
