Pros
I enjoyed my one year tenure at MAQ Software. Its not an ideal dream company where you can see your self flourish 10 years down the line (guess this is the case for all client based companies). But for those who are interested in learning and having a launch pad for yourself this company is the best! Its a very good company for those looking to take a break from studies and just want a substantial experience in a short duration of time :)
Cons
1. Long working hours but get to learn alot! 2. Difficult to get an appraisal in position 3. Difficult to maintain regular prepare for interviews to apply in other companies while working here as don't get much time.
