There are no pros in this company

Work-Life: 1) NO WORK FROM HOME policy 2) Many times you will have to work in EST(2:30pm-11:30pm) timing. 3) No work life balance. Learning: 1) No mentorship for new joinee Management: 1) CEO is very toxic, even whole management is very toxic here. 2) Scary Micromanagement from managers. 3) No HR department 4) No transparency in appraisal. 5) No support from seniors while project escalation, believe me this will impact your mental health and confidence. These are just some of the cons I can remember right now.
