      You can work with good projects and definitely you will be learning a lot.

      Some projects demand hectic work hours, but it completely depends on the project. Beginners need to attend workshops on weekends too...

      Pros

      You will become tolerant to abuse. You will get free bananas, carrots, tomatoes but no respect. You will realize how out of the mind people can also go up the ladder and create a big company. After that realization, you'll feel you can do anything too as you're even not out of your mind. At last, you'll not be able to do anything as you'll be busy meeting their unrealistic deadlines and doing their unnecessary courses & certifications. The only good thing about this company is the engineers ( the young ones and not the ones who couldn't find a job elsewhere and are struck here from 4+ years). They lighten up the place.

      Cons

      They mostly hire freshers as they are gullible to abuse. Being their first company, they put the best efforts but the management snatches up that passion, innocence, thrust by zero appreciation, favouritism, no extra compensation. Many people blame managers but I believe they are equally abused as the engineers. They have the same risk of getting fired in a brink. To avoid this, many choose the path of compliance with any out of the mind policy that higher management puts up and enforces it down the hierarchy.
