      learning opprtunities are very high. they will make you strong enough by humiliating you at time to time salary is good compared to other companies

      no work life balance. they will humiliATE you infront of all the employees even for a single grammatical mistake

      Pros

      Only cons people land up writing is good people and alot to learn. But here is the thing 1) when every one in the company is struggling and slogging whole time, you tend to help each other. 2) When you don't know most of the stuff everything for you become learning. MAQ Software is just HTML/JS or Android development basic company. Yeah they do project on C#, sharepoint etc. but again its just basic web development. Have more to your carrier than just regular web development

      Cons

      Management is real bad, they just want you to deliver forgetting you personal life. And its like, every rank above is making the rank below take the burden. Worst part, the entire company knows about this, and they still not doing anything for the same. One word, dun join !

      Pros

      As there is tooooo much pressure, you will learn how you can handle things in such situations. Once you join any other company, it will be cakewalk! As they fire employees for writing spelling mistakes/formatting mistakes, your mails will be better than many of your friends.

      Cons

      Work culture is too bad. You are neither notified nor ordered but threatened & get their work done. Facilities are bad. No health insurance. No Cab (not even for a lady who works until 12AM / 1AM)
