Pros

The company provides good exposure in terms of training and development. The leadership of the Chairman is excellent.

Cons

There is a lot of rigidity and red tape. The politics are exhausting and the company is not at all what it promotes itself to be. There are clear acts of Nepotism and favoration based on the school an employee goes to (Royal college).

Alignment (at least theoretically) to global best practices in the sphere of Lean and other strategic frameworks- hence the organization seems to embrace a learning and organic culture

Cons

Gender discrimination and no voice to speak against sexual harrassment. Comments and behavior that is inappropriate are tolerated as a cultural norms and there is no voice or escalation mechanism to address/curb such issues. Female leaders at senior management level also accept/condone such behavior. The environment is also highly political and power- centric and void of meritocratic processes, which further worsens the work environment
