Very little room for career advancement, with few opportunities for professional development or internal promotions. Work-life balance is almost nonexistent during event-heavy periods, with unrealistic expectations placed on employees. High turnover rate due to burnout and dissatisfaction, creating constant disruptions and a lack of continuity in teams.
