MASS MoCA is a weird and wonderful place where everyone gives everything they have and care deeply about making a positive difference in the world.

Cons

So much work, such a small staff. MASS MoCA prides itself on saying "Yes" to everything but staff would benefit from its saying "No" sometimes.

engaging environment, great art, great coworkers, can occasionally go to fun events for free

Cons

low pay, on your feet all day, expected to take abuse from patrons, director/ high office staff dismiss you as a real person with importance, required to work long festival hours

If you are a person that is always hot you would love this place because it was always FREEZING! Like need your gloves to type cold.

Cons

Low pay, poor management, poor benefits, no breaks given during shifts, upper management had a poor attitude, only hired within so no outsourcing to qualified candidates
