Pros

Great learning experience. Really interesting place to work. Museum and performances are exciting and a definite benefit of working there.

Cons

Not all, but many staff members are incompetent and selfish. I encountered rude staff members with large egos. Some seemed to have the job simply because they had worked at MASS MoCA for a long time, not because they necessarily had the skills and ability to do so.

Pros

Great staff, amazing venue, and pretty good accommodations for interns. Feels like a big family.

Cons

Low pay for interns (off-set by free housing and very short commute to work).
