Pros

They have a great international team and management. Great technical / testing lab. Knowledgeable staff and good management. Most contacts speak English as well.

Cons

I was a liaison between the U.S. and Europe. Communication was difficult. Timing and resources are available, but it was difficult getting committed timelines and due date.
