Strong business base, growing slow but steady

Cons

No flexible work schedule or home office opportunity. Scheduled meetings aren't even a guideline, be prepared to get bumped.

Pros

It is a stable company with an above average work environment. There doesn’t seem to be the standard caddy behavior amongst coworkers that you’d experience at other companies.

Cons

The maternity benefits are TERRIBLE. For a company this size they offer the bare minimum and little to no compensation. The building needs to be updated Most companies offer flexibility in hours, etc. This company has minimal flexibility at best.

Organization is really flat. Working here is like getting a doctorate in managing a large manufacturing company.

Depending on what division you work in the experience can be different. Some divisions are fun and challenging, others not.
