Pros
MATRIX was by far one of the BEST employers I have ever had. From the time I accepted the position until my employment ended (unexpected relocation) not only were the expectations set, but met through out my time with the company. I always felt like a integral part of the team, and was added a contributing member even in a non-production role. I was always able to openly communicate with management and my peers to better work together. MATRIX really strives to have a great culture and environment, and that was one of my biggest takeaways. Since moving one from the MATRIX family I have found myself comparing all future employers and roles to my experience at MATRIX.
Cons
I have no cons other than the fact that I had to unexpectedly leave after just a few short months of working for MATRIX due to relocation.
