      Pros

      Most of the people are genuine, friendly people. There is a work from home policy that is in place. Depending on management, they are flexible with this. Work-life balance is encouraged.

      Cons

      There isn't much innovation with this company and they are really behind with their processes. Partners and upper management don't really have a clear view of where the company is going and it shows as there is constant reorganization of the hierarchy. Typical corporate company as it is extremely political. Pay and benefits are below average as well.
