      Had great opportunities for IT and telecom Peers in team were kind and knowledgeable Pay was decent Most positions were in companies with multiple Matrix staff

      Cons

      Direct Matrix management were not technical The Matrix contract could be temporary but the exact terms are not communicated to the workers.
