      Pros

      The environment at Matrix is really phenomenal. The leadership genuinely cares about all of their employees and wants all of them to reach their potential. They really invest in everyone. They believe in hard work, honesty, and integrity when so many others in the field do not. I always felt welcomed and looked after while working there.

      Cons

      There aren't any that I encountered. But there are snacks everywhere so that can be dangerous.

      Pros

      People are friendly and the internship program has good structure. It is great experience if you are trying to get into some type of recruiting or sales role. The office is nice and there is always a ton of food!

      Cons

      The work is a bit tedious and can become boring after a while. Also, the other employees would talk down to me and didn't really take me seriously. I didn't feel valued as an employee. Weak culture.
