      Pros

      Coming up on my 2 year anniversary, and I am so happy to be in a place where I have a manager who encourage me to grow within the company! Management is invested in making things work better. I had some jobs before here that started off promising things and not being able to follow through, but MATRIX is honest and upfront.

      Cons

      I do wish I was able to work from home more frequently, as my current job here doesn't require me to be face to face with anyone. I also would like to make a little bit more than what I do currently, and wish that the health benefits were more comparable to industry standards.

      Great team of caring and supportive people (colleagues and branch leadership) Flexibility and work from home options

      Cons

      No 401k matching Outdated commission plan (pay is not competitive when compared to other staffing firms) Healthcare benefits aren't very affordable or useful Outdated office interior Partners and executive leadership don't seem to care about the people, only the numbers
