      Good culture for staffing

      Pros

      I really enjoyed the opportunity to work here. Everyone got along and worked well together. The company is honest and straight forward. While our office was pretty small and growing, we were made to feel part of the larger company by the regional VP in Dallas.

      Cons

      I was tired of recruiting and seeking to find a new path outside of recruiting.

      Pros

      The environment is great - I have never worked with such amazing people before. There isn't a single person I don't consider my friend. The executives are very approachable and connect with the employees regularly.

      Cons

      The founders/partners only come in once a month for their board meetings. Bill Gower walks around and says hi to everyone, but the other two sneak out as soon as possible.

      Pros

      We have a great team of people here in Dallas with a wealth of industry experience and tenure with the organization. We have a large recruiting team here in Dallas and an expansive client base, which means a wide variety of disciplines within IT to recruit for. We have been in business for years so we have established a presence here in the Dallas market.

      Cons

      The commission structure is terrible and can get very confusing in terms of knowing exactly what to expect to see in your check every month.
