New leader has provided much needed focus and direction. All Hands meetings give meaningful updates to where we are and what we need to focus on. HR cares for us and it shows - informative communications, Family First Fridays, no Zoom days, creation of a Culture Committee to find out what we think is important.

Cons

Working from home for the remainder of the year will be tough for many. Miss the in-office lunches. Is there anything we can do to make up for it?
