Great culture. Very open communication and listens to employee feedback.

Cons

Limited technology scope. Salaries though decent doesn't beat market.

The staff need some TLC, ASAP

Pros

CEO has set a clear strategy, which is working. She has brought in some excellent sales and engineering leaders. There is strong sales momentum and a great product. The people are excellent.

Cons

Compensation is poor, you will get excuses instead of bonuses and pay increases are always coming but never arrive. All this has taken it's toll on staff morale. People are exhausted, and want some $$$ recognition of their efforts.

TLC, given! Just days after you posted this review, we were able to reward our employees with across-the-board pay increases. Why? Because we agree, they are exhausted and they do DESERVE recognition for their efforts. Stay tuned for more steps over the coming months.
