Business and Employees suffer from Poor Leadership

Pros

Good "work family" environment/culture- with a strong focus on collaboration. Fun company morale events on occasion.

Cons

Leadership is very reactive and as a result, never makes proactive decisions that might better guide the company into the future. There is a definite lack of structure on the product/IT side of things. Despite its age, the company feels and acts as if it's a start-up, and by now it should be a well-oiled machine. The work culture can tend to lean towards being a bit "bro-ey", but again, that's reflective of the leadership.

there are some really great people who work here.

Cons

Negative environment. Sink or Swim attitude. People hired for one thing and get "promoted" to handle other projects that don't fit with background or interest. Because plans are not fleshed out, it's run before crawl.
