Pros

MBH is an amazing company to work for, with a family oriented environment, endless mutual support, and talented staff and management. Employees of the company are encouraged to advance, to grow, and to learn, and I have loved growing with and within the company.

Cons

I do not have any complaints about the company.

Love Where You Work!

Pros

It's extremely important to love where you work. I've been with MBH for 8 years and I love it. My co-workers are great and more like a work-family. Always flexible when things happen with family (sick kids, school events, etc...). Upper management is supportive and listens to new ideas and suggestions, which shows they to care about the organization, customers and the people who work here.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

I love working at MBH Settlement Group. My coworkers are the best and have always been super supportive! The leadership team really cares about giving their employees the tools to grow. Lastly, I feel respected and it feels good to work for an organization where I know my feedback is valued.

Cons

I wish the office was closer to home, but it's worth the drive to enjoy where you work.
