Pros

CEO, Jeff, is the most down to earth leader. Fantastic individuals within the company & sense of "community" with other MBK properties. Residents are the highlight of your day.

Cons

Advertise growth potential within the company, but tend to take outside candidates. Happiness depends on the Executive Director at the community level. Great leaders make you want to stay & inspired to come to work. Selfish leaders make you feel alone, not appreciated & no matter how much you give to the company & residents you never feel enough.
