Free food. Free parking. Nice bathrooms.

Cons

Management at the Bellevue location is a joke. And if you think MBK HR will help…. Yea good luck. I forget HR is for the company not the employees.

Can’t retain employees for the life of them Pick and choose who gets written up for the same stuff Pay low compared to other facilities Asked to stay or come in almost every day

Work relationships are awesome management makes you feel valued as an employee with work parties, gifts, food, little extra things Lots of Fun Residents are true gems Work culture is gentle, fast-paced, and open/honest I’m a lesbian and I never encountered any homophobia from employees or residents

Cons

You won’t get a raise regardless of how hard you try I am genderqueer, I use they/them pronouns and it was VERY difficult to get fellow employees to respect my pronouns
