Pros

MBK in Clearfield is really like family, from the residents to staff and upper management. They care about resident's needs and their staff also. Several recognition programs in place to show staff they are appreciated. Numerous activities for the residents to keep them engaged. Willing to cross train into different dept. if you need to. Just a great place to work.

Cons

maintenance needs to speed up repairs a bit.

Pros

Well established company. Big enough to have many resources but not too big to not know who you are. Never have to worry if your paycheck will be cashed. They run a company very ethically. There are many years of experience and it shows. They love to do the right thing.

Cons

When a company is very cautious, some things take a little longer to get approved or finished. Recently has gone thought some CEO changes but I'm sure they will be stable once again, I'm not worried.
