Pros

Location and training were top-notch. Because the business is in the esoteric category of mortgage banking management and seeks computer scientists, their training for mortgage banking is good.

Cons

High employee turnover in my time there; employees leaving voluntarily. I did not feel a lack of upward mobility but they may have.
