-Company often feels rudderless, shifting between priorities on a whim and never really finishing anything
-Job roles and requirements can change unexpectedly based on needs. It's not a large company so even if you don't do support, you might be asked to pick up phones.
-No upward mobility. Several people have been there 15+ years and still do roughly the same thing as when they joined.
-Despite being salaried, employees are expected to manually track all of their efforts, to the quarter hour, and submit them daily.
