What I love about MC is the diverse employees and the opportunity to move up if you really wanted to. The great activities the company plans like community events or celebrations like Mother's day and Father's day.

Cons

Insurance is good, but the rate is a con.

Cons

They would rather hire someone from outside for lead positions. They pass over good workers all the time. Their attitude is too bad so sad, no hard feelings. There is so much more that is wrong. Their dental insurance sucks. Their health insurance oml. To get a good plan, you may as well give them your check. It's endless with this place
