Everyone is very friendly, there is good growth in the company as a whole. Because of its reputation in the community, I was hesitant to begin working here. Although I have been pleasantly surprised everyone is kind and fun to work with and there have been numerous events to show their appreciation for their workforce.

Cons

No 9/80 work schedules and I wish there was more paid time off during the winter holidays.

In the Supply Chain organization the leadership is very open to any and all ideas for improvement. Contract Manufacturing is not easy and you will need to work hard but if you are a committed employee the opportunities are there for your advancement.

Cons

Not all employees/departments held to the same standard and tends to be a bit of "blame shifting"
