I have greatly enjoyed my time work at MCA. I just completed the training program for consultants known as the FCOE (Functional Center of Excellence) and could really not be happier with the experience I had. They brought in people from every area of the company to tell us about their experience and did a great job of teaching us the in’s and out’s of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. Everyone that I have encountered at the company has gone above and to help us new consultants feel comfortable and ready to face the clients, and that has been truly refreshing. For those looking to get into the world of consulting, look no further than MCA Connect.

Cons

Can’t really think of many negatives, unless you consider working hard to be a problem.

- Sr. Leadership understands the business and also very approachable. - Everyone is pulling in the same direction and always willing to help each other. - Smaller company so less beauracracy and you are able to make decisions and accomplish tasks. - They hire good people and do not keep dead wood. - Unlimited PTO - Good retirement benefits
