It’s a small company with great people and leaders. If you put In the time and effort there will be lots of opportunities.

Cons

They are a small company so some of the benefits are not as good as you would expect - especially paternity/maternity leave.

High compensation compared to competitors Clear promotion path Promotes from within Remote work

Cons

Corporate culture on decline since company bought by private equity. Now overly focused on hitting high billing targets despite not having the pipeline to back that up. Problematic employees are protected if they are highly billable. Severe alcoholic culture across management.
