Pros

pay and benefits are decent. If your an AT&T customer you get a discount on your personal cell .

Cons

They lure you in by telling you that because they are 12 hour rotation you only work half a year but in reality you have to work on your scheduled day off because overtime is mandatory, I worked 12 days straight 12 hours a day. When I said I was exhausted and needed a day off I got a phony smile and sarcastic "yes we know and we appreciate it". If you value your personal/family life don't go here.

The paychecks did not bounce.

Cons

Management sucks. Only out for themselves. Board of directors pad their salaries with free stock. CEO is cluless. Yes men.

You get left alone - no one has time to bother you. Benefits have remained intact despite a difficult business environment.

Cons

CEO is very focused on having his hands in every decision. BOD is so micromanaging every step (in order to maximize their return) that every day is reactive.
