Pros

Looks like Advent will push much needed changes from old boys club Good to hear about investment in more than acquisitions. I like the much needed changes and processes she presented to our team. I hear some changes are being implemented now.

Cons

Will this new HR leader have enough support from Advent and other Fort leaders? Some of us are not confident the Fort leadership really supports what she calls HR business partner. In the past, if solutions don't come from operations, they usually aren't valued. I expect she will frustrated with their boys club behavior over time if the new partner doesn't step in and clean house so we can be a better company. Only time will tell.

Pros

Only good was benefits and when they bought food. They actually paid a little higher than the normal production job.

Cons

Everything was bad from management to definetly the employees. It was havic. I worked there for over a year and all they did was take advantage of you especially if you were a good employee. It seemed like the slackers moved up while the hard workers would have to be extremly tough to move up. If you wanted to move up, you better be ready for the consequences. People would always say, big brother is watching you and you never know when its your last day there. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go here especially the things i went through to try to get to where i wanted to be in the company. They took full advantage of you and supervisors and management were terrible. They try to trick you into believing that working there is the best and that you were so called family. They didnt care about you at all. The employees were like characters of people who almost went to jail but somehow managed to work there. Its a zoo and youll never be where you want to be in there. Ive never belived in people setting you up but this place will by all means. The policies have people so stressed and there minds not clear that they will manipulate you in any kind of way to run the thrill for them. Dont go here at all. Go get a degree and do it right. Honestly this place shouldnt even be rated a 1, it should be rated a -1. Do the right thing and find an environment that will atleast protect and respect your own god given rights in the work force.

Thank you for taking time to share feedback. While we do not feel that some of these statements represent our Code of Conduct and Standards of Business practice, we respect that this was your experience and are disappointed that we didn't have the opportunity to show you the brighter sides of Multi-Color. Since your review in October, 2016, 75% of the team leads and Supervisors have been through Leadership Training. There is a new Plant Manager as well and many new processes. We're confident that these factors surely have improved the work atmosphere for all employees at our Chesapeake location.

Pros

I liked the people I worked with.

Cons

Large division between management and production. Management treated production as if they were underlings/beneath them in every way. No communication, no real plans to speak of. Everything was going to be the Operator's fault, regardless if they had anything to do with it. Supervisors are a joke. Everyone is always patting themselves on the back. Very cut-throat atmosphere. Absolutely no team building.
