Good benefits, fair pay and great training.

Cons

working in a stationary position delayed production but this is due to taking on additional customers from a different plant, things should improve over time once they get everything setup and sorted out

My manager is the only positive as she's always here to help and has helped when emergencies have arisen that require time off.

Cons

There is way too much talk about political affiliation and the love for Trump here at this office. Legally they are allowed to like whomever but as polarizing and controversial as Trump is, these open conversations are often leaving workers to feel discriminated against.
