Pros

Flexible work schedule unless your client has events.

Cons

Low pay for the industry. MCI boasts of bringing in tons of new clients and business but when your employees need you, you lay us off, stop our 401k match, and give us pay cuts. Unbelievable. Leadership is not diverse. I was promoted and didn’t get a salary increase but I did get a lot more work.

Since the acquisition of Wyndham Jade, their will probably be more professionalism and diversity

Cons

Low pay for call center team (not even the industry standard), potential micro aggression and racial comments from other employees, chainsmokers

Very kind people Your voice is heard Good benefits for a single person / family is pricey

Cons

The salary is awful and there was no improvement in sight. Even went without an increase for two years and lost bonuses during Covid. Never reinstated
