      Everything else. There is no career progress, no salary increase, no promotions. I got lied during the interview process about the benefits of the employment.

      Pros

      Very open and informal culture. Colleagues are very friendly. A lot of (personal) learning and development opportunities and you actually receive appreciation for your hard work. A lot of focus on sustainability, vitality and social activities which is great and something I find very important.

      Pros

      Opportunities to travel to interesting locations, but you won’t get a chance to actually see them, just say you were there.

      Cons

      -Very poor pay -Constantly working overtime with no time off in lieu or bonus -no recognition or thanks for working hard, you are just given more work. -processes are constantly being dramatically changed: once one project is going well, the management decide to cancel it or change it completely. There is no stability. -management and HR are liars, they are not interested in actually giving you new opportunities, it’s just an exercise in covering their reputation. -generalised, accepted and promoted chaos.
