      Pros

      company culture is open and direct, people are generally fun and nice. lots to learn and many opportunities to perform. this would be a great place to work in if you are looking for a vibrant working environment and career advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      depending on one's eagerness to perform/advance, the amount of work might take up very long working hours. in terms of remuneration, it is just average in the industry.

      It was a sweatshop

      Pros

      Training was good and competition among other employees was fierce which was the biggest motivator.

      Cons

      upper management was basically non-existent...the only time you saw them was when something had gone horribly wrong.
