Cons

Having gone from a mom'n pop shop to being bought by an international company has definitely caused growth pains and disorganization. They're also acquiring new businesses at a pretty rapid rate which only adds to the feeling of not being able to handle the rate of change. Lacks standard procedures and streamlined systems and processes. Pay is not good when compared to national averages. Turnover of entry and mid level staff is extremely high.
