I have been working with MCI for years and have seen its expansion nationwide. MCI has been able to offer great opportunity in for growth my professional career. Combined with a close-knit staff environment, it's an ideal place to work.

Cons

Typical 9am-5pm work hours.

I’ve been working at MCI USA for about a year now and have nothing but positive things to say about the group. With employees that care about the work they do, opportunities for upward mobility, and a close work community, I would consider MCI a fantastic place to work

Low pay for call center team (not even the industry standard), potential micro aggression and racial comments from other employees, chainsmokers
