limited office space when needed; remote system not as reliable as needed with more than 50% of staff working remotely at least twice a week. Split client time - often measured unreasonably requiring >50 hour work weeks. health ins. very high for families (good coverage for employee only); low PTO (only 2 weeks for first 3 years).
