If you are willing to learn new and more things, MCI is a good place for you. The management is very open to ideas and proposals and always eager to listen to staff feedback.

Cons

Some work processes and procedures are still not clear which can be challenging to newcomers, especially fresh graduates. Advice is for newcomers to learn and work out or improve the existing not so clear work processes and procedures and document it down.
