The downsides is it’s minimum wage and they are the only company in Nova Scotia who does not give pay raises after 1000 hours worked, your suppose to get a pay raise after each 1000 hours. They say you get bonus and commission on sales however they find every excuse to take that bonus from you. Only a handful get the bonus. Your bonus is based on your stats however when you get the wrong leads coming to you and those leads effect your stats which lead to no bonus. They have no one monitoring these wrong leads. They find every excuse to take the bonus you work hard for. If you get 300 sales for the month and are promised 5 dollars a sale that’s 1500 bonus they keep from you. By saying your stats are down ok my stats would be just fine if I wasn’t getting the wrong calls. Terrible just terrible especially to do it right before Christmas. Also when your on hold to transfer to right department and your not aloud to cold transfer they start yelling saying your in acw to long cause when your on hold it is showing the supervisor’s your in acw.
