great culture, but disorganization within upper management

Pros

The culture is great and so are the people. MCI works hard to cultivate a good team and I liked everyone I worked with, including supervisors and client teams

Cons

high-level leadership is disorganized. Your role on an account changes depending on how understaffed the account is, which can make it difficult to do your job. No clear structure for upward mobility. You also shouldn't expect a raise, even after working there for 2.5 years

The pay was a con and always management was never organized and they didn’t give you tell off when you ask

The con was that they give you different contracts and you never knew how long you would be on them for

Busy fast paced with knowledge co-workers. Most are very good at their job and strive to work and get things done.

Cons

Some upper management tend to ‘delegate’ when they don’t feel like doing the tasks at hand
