Pros

Work ownership, collaborative environment, exciting job nature, bonuses. Team leaders get to go for leadership trainings and seminars abroad.

Cons

Many employees left after they found out there’s little to no career development plans. Local management have no business outlook strategy or plans - their strategy is to follow what other companies are doing but failing and then cut back on operational costs (letting people go) during FYE to make the numbers look good. They are trying to pivot their model from events and MICE to integrated marketing but don’t have the right talents and client portfolio so they are stuck. And the management in HQ just keeps preaching the use of AI to solve every business problem. And the local middle management and HR are pushovers and prioritise their own career advancement, ego, and personal gain over the growth and well-being of their team and organization. They enable team members to develop a deep rift between teams. Also, some employees are petty gossip queens.
