Being the largest event agencies in the world means there are lots of SOPs and procedures to guide you along the way to manage an event. You do get to meet some amazing and cool teammates from around the world and some fun clients

Cons

Long working hours, servicing global clients means working on multiple time zones; lacking communications and synergies between offices in different countries.
